Photographs of friends and strangers taken out and about. I like candid and emotive photographs. The most important aspect for me is making the subject feel comfortable which allows me to take honest photographs of the subject as well as an eye for colour, shape and detail. This is the reason why many of my photographs come in pairs, joy is not only expressed through a smile but also through walking bare feet in the grass. Capturing a moment beautifully involves incorporating emotion and mood through light, shape and framing.

Photographs of my trip to Iceland. Ahead of the trip I researched the most sublime and undisturbed locations to visit and planned a journey via scenic routes. This allowed me to capture and exhibit the fertility of Icelandic landscape and nature that provoke a sense of wonderlust.

Barbican

Photographs of the Barbican Centre and its brutalist design. It is truly my favourite place in London and one that anyone with an interest in architecture and arts should go and see. The contrast between architecture and nature brings out the beauty and character of the place.
